Ellora's Cave problems?

Looking up Ellora's Cave on google, I came across a blog called karen knows best and this gal has a few rumors to share about EC.  Have any of you heard these rumors of problems and turmoil?  Just scroll down a few posts and you'll see a boatload regarding EC, including what are purportedly writer comments.  (I get the impression she has a long standing problem with EC, but don't know why.)  Interesting dish nevertheless.  However, without facts...
